edibLE16 – Market Harborough Local Food
edibLE16 is a click and collect shopping service for local food in the Market Harborough district. To shop at edibLE16 click here. edibLE16 was established in 2013 by volunteers from one of our partners: Transition Town Market Harborough and the project is being supported by Sustainable Harborough. edible16 Ltd is now a registered company, and the weekly click and collect shopping service is fully operational – click here to find out more. The edibLE16 shop currently offers nearly 250 products from 14 local food producers – most of them based within 16 miles of the town. edibLE16 are actively looking for new local products and producers to add to our shop and have a regular newsletter which goes to over 150 people. edibLE16 are also running a few pop up shops through out 2015 and you can keep up to date on the venue of the next pop up shop by going to their Facebook page or following them on Twitter.
Because edibLE16 is a not for private profit company, they rely heavily on volunteers. They need help with creating links with more local producers, marketing edibLE16 and pick up day tasks. If you would like to get involved please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
